Research has shown that a lot of people in the Netherlands know very little about their veterans and what they do to safekeep our freedom. Many reflect to veterans as elderly people who fought in World War Two. And this perception is incorrect.


To find out how veterans contribute to our freedom in a light-hearted and funny way, we asked children to answer questions about veterans and have a conversation with each other. This resulted in some heartwarming and funny responses.


The main objective of this campaign was to create more awareness for veterans on the 4th and 5th of May and show how they contribute to our freedom.
