Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), supplier of IT-services, consultancy and business solutions, recently celebrated their 25-year-partnership with Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), one of the most leading airlines in the field of reliability, social media and customer services.

 

KLM was one of TCS’s first customers, when the from origin Indian company opened an office in the Netherlands. With a shared passion for customer service, TCS has worked as an integrated team with KLM to stay ahead of competition in the field of customer satisfaction and service. They’ve developed various digital innovations, including mobile apps for bookings and reservations, the social media chatbot BlueBot, integration of the Google Assistant and the option to receive digital boarding passes via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

 

Glasnost was asked to produce a video of the partnership between TCS and KLM during a visit by Pieter Elbers, the CEO of KLM, to the TCS office in Chennai, India.
